  Had a new furnace installed . The sales guy , charlie , was great . He knows his stuff , he's friendly and sold us a new Lennox furnace . The installer was here when they said he would be and put the new furnace in and had it running in a day . I felt comfortable with the installer in our house . Enough so that we had to go to town and left him there alone to work . He seemed honest and trustworthy. I would recommend Higgins heating for your needs . I believe they are a top notch company.

  On multiple occasions the receptionist whom i believe is the wife of the owner. Has failed to send a technician when they said they would, as well as charging me a higher rate than what was discussed over the phone. However the technician Richie as an excellent tech. But I cannot recommend Higgins because of my bad experiences.

  I have used Higgins in the past, they installed a new furnace last year, so I used them again to diagnose and fix my AC. Technician was on time, in fact early and explained what he was doing. Very happy with then. I will not go elsewhere .
