  For the most part I've had good experiences with them however sometimes you have to do a little bit of troubleshooting in advance and tell them which parts to bring because they have wanted to come back for multiple trips with different parts which gets pricey.

  They sent a tech out to my parents home to check on their furnace. Gave them an estimate and charged them $90.00. I understand the charge however they would not honor the estimate. More than doubled the estimate. My parents are on a very tight budget. Having owned and run my own business I find this to be very unprofessional.They should have refunded the $90.00.

  Called about furnace acting up, not running right . Four visits and a lot of bucks shelled out my furnace is still not working right. I wouldnt recommend these folks to work on anything.
