The technicians were very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and experienced. They're a little pricey, we were informed that travel time is included in the labor cost. However, I called to see if I could pay in 3 installments, without hesitation she said yes. I called a second time to negotiate the amount charged, she was very nice, referred me to her manager, he was very understanding, very nice , he checked out my charges and made an adjustment on my bill. I am very appreciative that he took the time to help us out, times are tight. THANK YOU GSP!

Was told I could use my plumbing in the rest of my home, but the small bathroom down stairs was unusable. The toilet was pulled and a plug was placed. I attempted to use my washing machine, and 2 drains in my basement backed up. I called and had them return. My drains in my basement are still backing up. I was pressured for cash payment, and I told them I didn't have cash. wrote a check for $350. Not even sure what my total cost is going to be. I have a toilet sitting in my way in the basement that I cannot move, The plug where the toilet was pulled is leaking soapy water, I can only assume from my pipes still being blocked. I have a good experience in the past with this company, and the problem seemed to get fixed. My home had the camera used on it before and my boyfriend was told at the time the plumbing wasn't shifted or in poor condition under my foundation. Now I've been told the copper pipes under my home needed jackhammered up. First off plumbing isn't copper. I don't appreciate being pressured to make a cash payment. I have used your business and paid my bill in full before. I have no issues for paying for a job that is done. I have issues with people taking advantage because I'm a woman and you think I'm stupid. I will no longer promote this business because the service I got was very poor and my issue hasn't been fixed at all. I was also told my toilet was nonfunctional and needed replacement. The toilet flushed fine before sewage back up from a line blockage. The toilet isn't broken. I also have a piece of terra cotta drainage pipe that was removed from outside drain that was left lying beside it.

Let me start by saying that this is the first Google review that I have ever had to write, and I have used many contractors over my years of home ownership. GSP is BY FAR the worst contractor that I have ever dealt with for any service. The job was simple, replace my water service line from the house to the meter, along with installing a new cutoff in the basement and replace the concrete in my driveway that had to be dug up to get to the water service line. Not exaggerating, this job took GSP 4 MONTHS to complete, meanwhile my waterline was actively leaking 20 gallons/hour and my water bill was over $300 each month, GSP didn't care. The project manager arrived on November 2nd to give their estimate of nearly $5,000. With other plumbing companies being booked up, I decided to move forward with GSP, even though the price was way too high. The scheduler at GSP then proceeded to "bump" the job several times using every excuse known to man....Covid, "another job came up that they have to finish", "it's 3-day job so we don't want to start on a Thursday", too cold, too snowy, "the backhoe is iced over and we can't get it on the trailer", Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break.......finally on January 26th the waterline was fixed. That left the concrete replacement in the driveway, February 2nd. After not putting any rock in the hole to stabilize or give the concrete a place to set up, the concrete sunk and fell apart on the end. A delivery driver apparently walked through the middle of the wet concrete as well because GSP did not put any cones or signage up to warn anyone. When they returned the next day, they tried to say that the person stepping on it caused the entire replacement slab to sink in causing a ditch as well as the broken end. After I refused to pay for the remainder of the job until the concrete was fixed, and many unreturned phone calls, they reluctantly came out on February 28th and only replaced the end that was sunken in so far that it cracked. It still looks horrible, but I don't have the time or money to sue them for what was clearly a terrible job that was WAY TOO BIG for GSP to handle. A complete lack of professionalism or pride in their work is evident with Graham Simon Plumbing. Save yourself the trouble and call Grogg's or Bombardiere, they would be worth the wait. UPDATE: After reading this Google review, the GSP owner reached out to me to rectify the situation. He was apologetic and seemed honestly concerned about maintaining the high quality tradition of Graham Simon service. He addressed the personnel that dropped the ball in this situation and returned a partial refund.
