  Allen Wade and Josh Jones, what can I say, they were both outstanding!! Very polite and professional. They answered all our questions without hesitation, explained everything we needed to know. My Mom has major hearing loss, they spoke directly to her so she understood what they were saying. They were in and out in less time then we had anticipated and even did some vacuuming. Thanks for the positive experience!! Most importantly my Mom has heat, which is really important to an 87 year old!! Thank you so much!!

  Highly recommend! Kyle went above and beyond to get our furnace back up and running this week when the pressure switch went bad. Even calling the office was pleasant. Victoria was super friendly and got the replacement part install scheduled ASAP in our time of need.

  Grogg's was able to work with me thru my hectic work schedule with getting a quote to fix my Furnace. being that the furnace was over over 20 years old, I felt it necessary to get quoted for a new furnace as well. After reviewing the quotes that evening at work, I was able to text them and get the "ball rolling" on a new Furnace and A/C. The Men who removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment did a great job! They were kind, clean, organized, informative, and they both have a great work ethic! I am very pleased with Grogg's and all the employees that were involved with me from the first time I contacted them, until the install was finished (which wasn't long at all). I highly recommend Grogg's to anyone that could benefit from their services!!!
