  I received quotes from 12 different HVAC and heating companies to replace our 25 year old equipment and I decided to go with Varsity Home Services due to the following reasons: Varsity demonstrated excellent workmanship with the new install of equipment! They always came on time, they were very respectful and their quality of work was superb. I hired them to replace two HVAC units, two water heaters and boiler and they got it done in only 4 days! I was very picky with the equipment and setup I wanted for the house. David Bruemmer from Varsity spent the time to go through the different, equipment, layouts and options I wanted in order to help me pick the best setup for our application. David exhibited well in depth knowledge for all of plumbing and HVAC equipment as well as had the patience to talk me through the setup. David has over 20 years of experience in HVAC, heating and plumbing which made me select him and his Varsity team to do the big job we were asking for. Please go with Varsity for all of your plumbing, heating and HVAC needs, doesnt matter if its small or big. Most importantly and highly recommended, you work with David Bruemmer from Varsity who will layout the plan for his team members to get the job done correctly and swiftly for a reasonable price.

  It's often difficult to use the STAR system because "full stars" don't always reflect what you want to say. I would say this should be a 3 1/2 star review, but not because of workmanship. That's much closer to a 5. Karl was terrific, their office is professional, they hire intelligent people (imagine!) and they are very accommodating. Their costs are INSANE. Absolutely INSANE. Our conflict was, other plumbers were only able to do a partial job, but I don't know if I could ever use them again for reasons of a sky high bill. We were flabbergasted when we were told how much it would be, but at that point, we really had no choice. I bet their huge overhead--- lots of trucks, 2 offices, GOOD office people and great plumbers---have a lot to do with that, but it does not mean that WE, the clients, have that kind of money to shell out. I would say they are much more for corporate jobs than for a house. But, they did the job. Again, 3 1/2 stars.

  We were very happy with the service that the two employees from Varsity performed today. They were very professional, explained what they were going to do, and informed us of the cost as well. They were also very knowledgeable and courteous and cleaned up the area when they were done. Overall an excellent job.
