  Doing a complete home renovation (I am the Owner/Architect). Sampson did the plumbing for my Kitchen, Master Bath, Laundry room, and installed a new boiler. The quality of the work is second to none. Highly recommended. Very professional, and friendly crew.

  We contracted Sampson Plumbing and Heating for a new boiler and water heater, and repair of a slow (drip-like) leak in the kitchen sink plumbing. First, let us note that the quality of the work is first-rate. One- anyone, for that matter- could see immediately the workmanship: copper tubing at right angles, copper tubing running perfectly straight along the walls, everything neat and spotless clean. Second, and this is equally important, the workers (Chris, Brian, Rich and Mark) were exceedingly polite. Some of you might have had an experience as we have had in which we hired a tradesman, whereupon he acted as if he was doing us the favour or all favours by coming to our house. Such was not the case with Sampson P&E. Their workers were as gracious for choosing them, their company, as we were for the work they did. Lastly, a compliment must be directed to the receptionist/secretary who receives their calls. She is as pleasant as a spring morning and immediately creates a good impression of the company. Thank you, Sampson Plumbing and Heating, for the work you did at our home. Oh, and a Merry Christmas to you!

  Few days ago, I saw my laminate flooring rise up. I thought I could fix this myself, until I touched the flooring itself. It was very hot. I did some research and realized I might have a slab leak. On top of that, I had hot water coming out of my cold water faucets. I called up Sampson plumbing. Their response time was awesome, I had called at 9a, had Joe come out at 11a, (who confirmed my worse fears as a homeowner), technicians arrive at 1p, fixed by 4p. They used drop cloths, taped up the entryway to reduce dust getting all over my house, explained everything they did, cleaned up afterwards. When it comes to problems like these, you need a professional organization that can take the problem off your hands, handle it, and leave you feeling the problem never existed. That what Sampson's plumbing did for me. I highly recommend them. Professional, diligent, speedy, timely, no complaints. Employ them for your plumbing needs and thank yourself for making a smart decision later. For any reader that's interested, the hot water was leaking into the sand, heating everything up, and that's why my cold water was running hot -- fixing the slab leak fixed this issue.
