  It was after hours when we discovered our furnace was not working. Even though we had never used Ray The Plumber we figured we'd give them a call since they had great online reviews. I left a message and was surprised at how quickly they returned my call. The technician arrived earlier than the service window provided and was able to quickly repair the problem. They even had a mat laid in on our porch so they wouldn't track any dirt. They completely exceeded our expectations!

  Thomas was our plumber and we truly appreciate him. He was very professional , honest and reliable. We were lucky to have him help us fix a problem that would have cost us a lot of money and time had we gone with a different plumbing service. It’s quite rare nowadays to find honest people and company. Kudos to this company and to Thomas for a job well done.

  Connor my technician was here within 24hrs of my call (it was not an emergency). He came during the 3hr window as promised. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very neat, with a great job cleaning up. I would recommend this company. The only down side was the cost of the job, but since it was New Years Eve, I was glad to get it taken care of before the holiday.
