This is the second time I needed to use Trojan for urgent repairs to the plumbing system at my home, both inside and out. Jason H. and crew responded to my call right away and were ready to go! Jason came out and located the source of the water within 5 minutes! He is a great leader, recognized the extent of the damage and knew what needed to be done! He was able to correct the problem in my home and get the source repaired, sump pump going and water draining from my home. Please, if you have plumbing needs, call Trojan Plumbing Company, Inc., and ask for Jason! His team will come out and handle your needs in a timely fashion.

Our hot water heater pipe froze and Shane and Jason  were great, out of 5 plumbers called including Roto they were the only ones who would repair/install a tankless water heater. They also came out on a Saturday and fixed our kitchen sink leak. Will use them again.

This is the second time we have used Trojan plumbing and they have been great. Jay and Matt were great, I highly recommend!

They were friendly and professional and they finished everything in a timely manner. Everything looks really nice and they didn’t leave a mess. I will definitely use them again .

Guys were great. Had a lot in common with me being in the sewer business. Had to remind about masking a couple of times but that was more the wife than me lol. All in all while they just finished I expect all will be good.

Called Trojan Plumbing to fix a faucet in bathroom sink and to install a new shower fixture. I was originally told they could fix the sink for 50 bucks. Then never got a call back from their plumbers Mike and Shane. After months of not hearing from them. I called the main office and voiced my concern about their plumbers not returning my call. They then send two different plumbers out to my house and they quoted me $1,250 and said prices went up because of Covid, and those are their prices. They obviously didn’t want to do the work and gave me a ridiculous price. I won’t be hiring this company again.

Your response is a flat out lie. If this is Shane, you quoted me to replace a washer for a leaky faucet and to put up the shower head faucets. The shower head which I already bought. Not once did you mention replacing the tub, floor, or re-piping anything. If you wanted to remodel the bathroom for $1,250 that would have been perfectly fine. However, you trying to disparage me and make me seem like a liar, and then speaking poorly about someone’s property, is terrible and ethically wrong. I can only wonder how you treat your other customers. I regret hiring your company.

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We would just like the opportunity to set the record straight. We initially re-piped your laundry area last year. Then were called out for what you thought was a warranty call, but ended up being a leak on your third floor dripping down to lower levels. We gave you an estimate to replace that piping and did not hear back. Then, we get a call this weekend about needing work done and not hearing from us and when we arrived today it was for a tub/shower valve that you wanted replaced. The entire floor is in horrible condition and teh tub is about to fall through to lower level. We gave you a price to re-pipe the tub/shower piping and install a new tub/shower valve and also to repair the lavatory faucet. We advised you that the bathroom floor was in dire need of repair. You essentially kicked us out of the property at that point. That's all totally fine, we understand if you can't afford the work, had you openly asked for us to work with you on the price, we would have been more than happy to do so. But that's not how you handled the situation. There is absolutely no reason for you to go online and change the story to make us sound like bad guys. We are a family owned company just trying to survive. We didn't do anything wrong.

Abhorrent service from the top down. It's been nearly three months and the issue remains unresolved. Brought them in for a leaky faucet. The over-worked kid they sent in complained about it being Fathers Day and He wanted to be spending time with his son. Very anxious and aggressive. Had to purchase a Moen handle, couldn't find it, put it on order. Months later we're calling to find out what's going on with the handle and we're dripping again. Repeated unreturned calls. Mgr calls -- he sends two guys out with a new cartridge and some knock off handle nothing like the handle their guy took to have replaced - cheap plastic. I don't know what kind of expectations you have - but if you'd like to be told something can be fixed and its not - force-fed cheap replacement parts, told what kind of fixture you're going to have to settle for while being dragged along and deal with rude technicians then this is your place! Have at it. Extremely dissatisfied!

Awesome experience all around! We needed either a toilet repair or a new toilet installed. Mike and Shane were professional and helpful and gave us the guidance we needed to make the right decision! They was able to come back within 2 days with a brand new toilet and had it installed within 30-60 minutes. Hannah at the front desk is very friendly and helpful as well!

I needed a second opinion on some work another company suggested.  The work the other company suggested was not needed.  Trojan Plumbing cleared my sewer line in less than 30 minutes.    They were honest, on time, courteous, and tidy.  The price for rodding was comparable to the competitors.

The folks at Trojan were great to work with.  I initially contacted them via Facebook and I received correspondence back within hours for someone to come take a look at my company's issue later that same week.  The guys that came out were professional and well knowledgeable.  They ended up fixing my issue on the spot and the billing process was seamless as well.  I would recommend Trojan for any plumbing issue that may come up at your home or business.
