had an issue with all the rain that we had a few weeks ago, where water was coming in from the small cracks in our basement floor. they came out to check if there were any issues with the main. they saw that everything was running smooth, that it was no issue with our drain or main. they said there was really nothing that needed any attention or fixing, and they didn't charge me for coming out. i will absolutley be using them in the future!

Crew was professional, explained repairs needed well, offered ideas to solve possible future issues. Needed them there on a Sunday morning and they were there quickly. I would definitely use Glennon Sewer again. Thank you Glennon Sewer!

They dont answer the phone. Goes straight to voicemail, and then voicemail says mailbox filled. How am I supposed to get through to them? Heard lots of good things but if they don’t answer.......
