  I have called Jon Triplett several times. He always answers or returns my calls and either comes out, or sends one of his technicians. Once on the weekend he even answered my call in between flights (I couldn’t believe someone would care enough about their customers). He had someone here the next day to fix the problem. Also when we remolded, we insisted the contractor (who also knew Jon and didn’t have a problem calling) Triplett for the plumbing. . Triplett’s Plumbing is a family owned business. He cares about the residents of this area and makes sure the job is completed to their satisfaction

  As a long time customer of Triplett Plumbing i am VERY dissatisfied and outraged by what happen couple weeks ago. I had a very simple fix to my pipes underneath my house and my pipeline to my toilet was leaking into my basement now as a unqualified citizen i am i called up the professionals and asked them to fix it well they did and about a week later the pipe busted where they fixed it and made the pipe shattered and got feces and piss all over my basement i’m a very unhappy what happen last week and had to get it fix by my husband

  Mrs. Swanson, I'm sorry for your frustration. I've just done an extensive search of my database and did not find any service or billing with the last name Swanson that we have done in over a year. There is more than one Triplett's Plumbing in our area. Can you please all our office to discuss this matter?
