  We used Powell Septic Tank Services to inspect and pump our septic tank when we bought our house 5 years ago. We decided to use a different company this year and found out that Powell decided to do a half job and only pump one side of our septic tank but charged us fully. Absolutely unacceptable and wrong to treat customers like so. We learned that side had never been pumped until today which is 28 years later. This could have turned into a really big issue and been costly. Powell Septic Tank Services could have done the job right the first time, for what they were paid for and we wouldn't have ran into potential issues. I would never use this company because they have the character to charge you $350 and do a half job. If you do make the poor decision to use them then I would tell them you want to be there while they pump it so you can visually check that they have pumped both sides! I would do research and find a more genuine and honest company!

  I highly recommend these guys!!! I made an appointment two days ago for today. The guys came at the exact time they said they would! They were very professional, very fast, and very friendly! It took them no time to pump my septic tank and was done with the job in less than 35 minutes! Thanks for your help Powell Septic Tank Services!
