  UPDATE: after working with Chris for over a year he became really unpleasant and started doing low quality work. After dealing with this several times I won’t be using him again. I found Chris on Facebook when I was looking for a handyman for my rental that’s an hour away from my house. He met my tenant at the property, took pictures and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was easy to work with long distance through pictures and online payments and the tenants said he was great to work with and honest and trustworthy. Since then he’s completed several more jobs on my rental and has been honest, fair and quick with all of them. He is easy to work with and does a great job and I will continue to use him for all my projects.

  This guy is awesome. Does all the maintenance on my rental properties. Plumbing eletrical roofing floors doors Windows. I honesty think theres nothing he cant do. Reasonable prices and quality work. I highly recommend "THE" Handyman.
