  I was assigned this provider by American Home Shield home warranty. Triple HHH set an appointment with me for Friday, between Noon and 2 pm. At 1:55 received a call from the technician saying he was running behind, but would be there as soon as possible. I waited until 3:30 and called the company who told me they'd have to get in touch with their technician. They called back around 4 and said he could be there by around 5 pm. I coach my son's baseball team and they had practice, I couldn't wait that long. I asked if they could come back tomorrow (Saturday) and was informed they don't work weekends. They told me the next time they could make it would be the following Thursday. I said that was unacceptable after they made me wait 4 hours for the tech. They asked when I could be back home after my son's practice and I said 7:30, so they arranged to have him meet me then. When I arrived at 7:30, the tech was not happy, but took a look at the furnace. I said the leaking was coming from the bottom of the furnace. He looked at the humidifier on top, tightened a gasket and said he thought that would fix it. He then said it would be $75 (the co-pay for the warranty), and that if the problem occured again, they'd come back and fix it without charging the co-pay. He spent about 5 minutes there tightening a gasket and then I had to pay him $75. I was not happy, but he complained he still had a 2 hour drive back to his office (They are in Litchfield, IL and I'm in Bloomington, IL). Needless to say, the problem came back almost immediately and American Home Shield again had Triple HHH call me to arrange a time to fix it. They said they could be back the following Friday, this time between 10-Noon. At 5 minutes till 12, I called them and spoke to the owner, he said his tech was running behind but would call me when he was on his way. Around 1pm, I called back and they said they weren't sure when he could make it, but that he'd call when he was on his way. At 2pm, I called American Home Shield to complain. They called Triple HHH who told them they weren't sure when they would be able to get there. American Home Shield offered a new provider to come out the following week. I was done waiting for and dealing with Triple HHH and went with the other provider offered. In all, I waited 4 hours for them twice in a row - once to spend 5 minutes tightening a gasket and the next time, they never showed. I will never use this company ever again.
