  I called and left voicemail around 9 in the morning saying I needed service. I didn’t get a return call until the next morning around 7:30 a.m. I politely told him I already found another plumber, and he rudely said that I should have called back and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Why would I chase down his services? The other reviews seem to agree that the business in unresponsive.

  After waiting for over a month with several leaks and other plumbers who wouldn't come to do the work, or sometimes wouldn't even bother to call me back to say they weren't coming, I called Ricci Plumbing and wished i'd called them in the first place! WONDERFUL SERVICE! I left a message about my repair needs, and the owner called me back within hours, and scheduled his crew to come the next day. They arrived when promised, and went right to work on two bath tubs and a toilet that were all leaking various amounts. One tub will need more extensive work, so they will come back. It is SO refreshing to have a business return your calls, AND have the friendly and competent crew arrive on time and work hard. I was SO impressed, and SO relieved to finally have someone help me out with this. Thank you, Ricci Plumbing!!!! I totally recommend you!
