  Called them because the boiler we have kept building pressure if the operating temp was over 140F. So on cold days the boiler couldn't heat the house. 1st time I called, they said everyone was out sick but they will call back when they have more people in for work. 2nd time I called, I was told that Nolen was super busy and wouldn't be able to get to us before the holiday. I said I would call back after the holiday. 3rd time I called, she said she would give him the message and I would get a call back. I did not. So, I won't be using them and I won't be recommending them for any service.

Unfortunately, we had several people out sick all at once and we got backed up on work more than usual. We should have done a better job at communicating with you.   Had them out 3 times to repair a leak under my sink and they failed to repair. Very bad experience with them.

  I really appreciated their timely service, they attendant was considerate (I am disabled) and I was thankful for his time in this heat.
