  I asked The Rooter Guys to send one of their employees out to run a cable down a plugged drain in my home. Their competition advertised a $79 fee for this service and I was expecting a change somewhere in that price range. The service, which took less than an hour (and did not solve the problem) cost $250. Numerous calls to their office for an explanation were not returned. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

  The Rooter Guys made my otherwise anxious & uncomfortable "Out of Order" bathroom issues a positive, "relieving" :) experience. I was happy to get even a next day appointment! It ended up taking 2 days but, overall, my 1st experience with a plumber went smoother than I thought! Plus he was professional, friendly, and the total of the bill he handed me was below his estimate. I highly recommend this place.

  Absolutely shady business practices. Hidden fees and charges. Would NOT use this company for anything. Too many other great businesses in North Idaho that do better work and are more affordable.
