I honestly don't know how to give a star rating for them? My service was amazing!! The 2 guys that came out were very polite and super fast. In and out in less than 5 mins. Had a simple toilet clog ( No feces or anything gross!) I live in an apartment and seems to be the norm, but couldn't wait for the apartment maintenance to come when only having 1 bathroom for 3 people!? Now, the problem being. When I called for the appointment I was not told anything other than "they will be there the next day". GREAT! At this point it's been a couple of days with no working toilet, I didn't think to say or ask anything else, nor was I told or asked anything else. The guys came and went (again in less than 5 mins) That was that. I realized a few days later that I had never given a credit card number nor was I left with a bill or invoice of any kind. I called, spoke to the same dispatcher/receptionist and asked how to pay for my service's? She took my credit card number and thanked me for calling. We are now almost 2 weeks past the service date and I just received a charge on my card for 175$! What in the heck?! I know it's my fault for not asking what they charge, but goodness gracious! I had no idea that it could or would be that amount? I just wanted to make sure that my service's were paid for. Not being an emergency service, I can't understand the price? Also not even being told what it would/could be? This is why I don't know what type of star rating to give.

I very rarely will take the time to write reviews BUT I wanted to give Drains plus a huge thank you and to let you know that their drain field hydro jetting and rejuvenation does wonders! We were told by numerous plumbers ect that our drainfeild had most likely failed. We had been dealing with draindield problems for a couple years and I had to hand wash numerous loads of laundry, hand dump out baths and showers ect just to keep our septic from not overflowing at the lid. We were mortified when we realized how expensive a new drain field would be setting us back. We just do no have that kind of $$$$$. We tried every Roebic cleaner ect we could find and it would only seem to help for at most a few days and then our same problem was back. No one would give us an exact quote but from research a full drain field replacement was probably going to end up costing us somewhere between $10,000-$20,000. We decided to give drains plus a call and they said they had a very high success rate at their hydro jetting and rejuvenation treatment and it cost significantly less than a full replacement would cost us.I was very skeptical it would actually work since it seemed all hope was lost for our drainfield system. We prayed and decided to at least try it out and I am so very happy to say that it has been a few months now and our drainfield seems to be working perfectly! We have had 0 of our normal issues. I am so glad we trusted drains plus and took the risk! You saved us thousands and we are so grateful!! -J&A Snyder

I called Drains Plus at the recommendation of my awesome plumber (@My Guy Plumbing). Hunter was at my house in less than 2 hours, and he and his team fixed the problem with no trouble in an efficient, thorough, straightforward way. They were very courteous and careful, and double checked everything before they left. The cost was reasonable given the service provided. Also, the work is guaranteed for 30 days. So grateful for their help!
