If you need help or need a question answered this is not the store to go to. I was looking at something in the bath aisle. An employee walked by and asked if I needed anything and I started to talk to him. As I am talking another employee comes over and starts talking about someone that says they had covid. The two then ignored me and walked away. My 11 year old granddaughter was with me and even SHE said.....that was rude, you were talking to him. Then another 2 employees walked past and they were talking together.  So it seemed that they do talk. Just not to people that come in to buy stuff. I left. Looking at purchasing about $3,000 worth of stuff for a bathroom remodel. Guess they don't need the business.

The store is great.   Their electric carts are a joke.  Dead or out of order or tangled in a corner.  I am not yet wheel chair bound.  The electric carts allow me to do much of my own shopping.  Have carts or don't.  But don't have them but unusable.   As if because I can't walk long I am an inconvenience.

Today my washer and dryer was delivered. The delivery team was awesome Guillermo and his helper got my old washer and dryer out and my new ones hooked up and showed me a few of the features. He made sure everything was hooked up and level. Best delivery I have received from Home Depot.

Customer Service has really declined in this store.  There are some shining stars, to be fair but most employees ignore you or act as if they are bothered when you as a question.  On a different note, we made a purchase online and went to the store to use their curbside service- only to get an item that was NOTHING like what we ordered - only to have to go into the store anyway in order to return it.

Part II

I normally try and post a review of most places I visit /shop/patronize because I like and respect my money.  So I messed up  and let my snow blower/thrower sit, in maintained, for more than 4 years because we had been getting little to no snow.  I almost sold it at one point because I thought for sure it (the engine) was completely gummed up and did not want to put the time into it to fix it.  I decided to give some of these so-called restart and restore products a chance and bought 2 of them at the recommendation of a young polite salesperson at Home Depot, Harrison Crossing in Fredericksburg.  But alas my schedule and life got away from me again.

Fast forward to 2 days ago with Snowmageddon II.  I finally dig out the blower/thrower and use the two products pictured below; an hour later It was up and running like a champ.  Kudos, to Home Depot and this young man for great service and great products.

If you have something with a small engine that’s been sitting for a bit, and is otherwise I’m good condition, before you sell it or junk it, give this stuff a try.  It actually works!!

I really appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. I was looking for an unusual bulb for an outdoor fixture. They were able to get me in the right area. After talking to me a bit about the type of fixture I have, I actually was able to make an informed decision about just replacing the whole thing.

I normally prefer lowes to home depot but for this area, lowes has been a huge let down. Home depot has a much nicer, easier parking lot, and online orders for store pick up at this location have all gone smoothly, with pick up emails within the hour of placing the order, and them actually having everything I ordered. It's a well functioning store and i will drive further to go here to avoid going to lowes because of it.

Love this Home Depot. Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. Store was very clean. Came here in search of a blackberry bush. They had it! Check out was also a good experience, the outdoor garden side was not open yet and that's where I parked. So I started heading towards the registers and a lady asked if I was finished shopping and if so she would check me out at the customer services desk. So very nice.

Ms. Sheila Kendrick is a SuperStar. She always goes the extra mile to assist me with my projects. I only want to talk to Ms. Sheila because she is always professional, she calls when she says she would, and I don't feel like I am bothering her. Hire more like Ms. Sheila. She understands Customer Service.

I walked in to buy a zero turn and I needed a way to take it home unfortunately their rental Van had a broken mirror and was not rentable to tow the trailer. Well thanks to an amazing neighbor I manage to get a truck yaaay
Well after we were hooking up the trailer we found out that a prior rental had messed up the locking mechanism and needed some tweaking.

When I say this guys did everything to make it right they do.
They became electricians and trailer engineers and after some patience and hard work from this guys I was able to take my mower home. Will return again next month for a refrigerator

Went to get a 5cu freezer and they were out of stock and Stu gave me the 7cu display freezer for a reasonable price. Shout out to Stu and thank you for your help and outstanding service!
