We had a slow leak in the pipe under sink and called for service to repair it (flange tail piece repair).  James was the technician sent to do the repairs.  He showed up on time and was very professional.  He took one look under the sink and new exactly what to do to repair it.  In speaking with him, he has been a plumber for 30+ years and seems to really enjoy his profession and the company he works for.  He had repairs done within 20 minutes or so.  I could not be happier with the excellent service he provided and will definitely call Plumb Perfect Plumbing for future plumbing repairs!  Thanks for the excellent service!

James came to service a leak from my toilet. He communicated his arrival time well and was respectful of my home by wearing booties upon entry. The entire time he was at my house, he was professional and friendly. Quickly identifying the issue, James provided several options and included the prices as well as any available discounts for my selection. After I chose, he quickly fixed the issue, performing multiple checks to ensure the job was completed without fault. First time using Plumb Perfect Plumbing.  Such a great find, I called and within no time they were involved and on the job. A great relief as a business owner in downtown Fredericksburg to have a reliable plumber to call on.  The service and fees were right in line with what I’d consider to be more than a fair price!

If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would.  Daniel and Joey came to the house today to replace my water heater with a new tankless unit.  I have never had a more down to earth and knowledgeable duo perform work on my appliances in the past.  I can honestly say that the job exceeded my expectations.

To start off communication prior to, during and so far after was on point.  I received two notification prior to the morning arrival which for me is key having little ones sleeping and loud dogs.  During the installation both Daniel and Joey asked preferences on where I would like things ran and my future layout of my basement was taken into consideration.  This made extra work for them but they knocked it out of the park.

After the install was complete Daniel called the manufacturer to setup my warranty for me and also gave me thorough instructions on the heater.  I can honestly say while watching the install no cheap materials were used and no corners were cut. (Custom install IMO)

I am VERY pleased with the unit, install, customer service, and professionalism of these gentlemen and the company overall.  I plan to keep Plumb Perfect as my go to plumbers for future projects and would highly recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

Plumb Perfect has always been top notch.  I knew I was getting quality service when the owner himself answered the phone.  They are quick to respond and reliable .  They replaced my well pump in record time with the snow coming down.  The pump was 200 feet down.  From the time I called to the time they were finished was 3 1/2 hours.

I called Plumb Perfect on Wednesday for a leaky toilet, they were able to come out the same day where James determined the tank had a crack in it.  We really needed an ADA compliant toilet so decided to replace the existing one.  They placed a rush order for the new toilet.  James was so wonderful that he came on Saturday morning, his day off, to install the new toilet.  Thank you James, we appreciate you and your dedication and thanks to Plumb Perfect!

The plumber showed up on time as scheduled, completed the toilet installations quickly, and put out all the boxes and packing for the trash guys to pick up.  He was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable.  As in the past, I would recommend Plumb Perfect and will call on them again when the need arises.

We called on an emergency basis and was able to get someone to come out early the next day. James was our technician and did a fantastic job. He found the problem right away and was able to fix it at a very good price. This company was recommended to me by a neighbor and we’re very thankful. Definitely top notch!!!

I've probably used Plumb Perfect for about a decade now. Since finding them I've never called anyone else.  They are, without fail, polite, efficient, and affordable.

Today we were serviced by Justin Ward, who did a great and thorough job.  I am completely satisfied.

We had a bad valve and a leak from the supply line to the washer. Dan came by fixed it in a jiffy. Then he answered my many many MANY questions about other plumbing issues I had concerns about.

Dan was courteous and helpful in answering ALL of my questions. I told him, that I hope we don't have any more issues (knock wood) but if we did, I will be calling Plumb Perfect Plumbing!
