I really liked the services I received from this business. I had an old light fixture removed from the kitchen and added recessed lighting. I also replaced three ceiling fans. Charles and his wife were personable and efficient.  I would, one thousand percent recommend his services.

Mr.Charles and his son Ethan provided nothing but quality work and excellent customer service. He installed a few outlets that needed to be updated in my home.He is very knowledgeable and explained the work that was done. I will be using his services from now on for all my home repair needs.

Charles Carroll is amazing! He rebuilt my whole shower and he did a lot of electrical work for me. He was fast, responsive, and affordable.  It's rare to have a repairman who cares about his client's projects like it's his own. Definitely will be using him again in the future.

Mr. Charles is a wonderful handyman. We hired him for several jobs around our house, and he performed exceptionally with all of those projects. For our deck, he pretty much reconstructed the entire thing for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend him. He is very nice, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. His apprentice, Latif, is very hardworking and we enjoyed his services as well. For any job around the house, Mr. Charles is the man for the job.

After looking at other reviews I decided to call The Better Tradesman to remove and replace a kitchen faucet. Charles was able to fit me in his schedule within two days. He installed the motion sensor faucet without any problems. One of the water lines on my new faucet was not long enough so Charles went to the store and purchased an extension line to complete the the installment. His work was very neat, professional and timely. He was very trustworthy and personable. I would definitely recommend The Better Tradesman to anyone looking for a fair handyman.

Charles came out and did measurements for blinds, then proceeded to get the blinds and come back later the same day to install them. Very happy with the service as well as the conversation. He's a fun guy to work with and I'll definitely be calling him again when I have more projects that I need him for! Would definitely recommend his services to others.

Charles Carroll has been doing work at my house off and on for the past 10 years. He has done paint work, electrical work, plumbing, plastering and a variety of other jobs, Charles is very professional  and has never been called back to redo any task I have given him. He always takes his work serious and will not stop until he feels that I am fully satisfied. I have been very pleased with all the work he has done. As a matter of fact,I have other home improvement projects that I plan on hiring Charles to complete.

Charles completed additional work at my house a couple of days ago. he installed two new faucets, sealed some cracks ,replaced old cabinet drawer knobs with more updated ones. The work was done very professional and I was completely satisfied

I have been owning my towne home for over 17 years. Charles Caroll, The Better Tradesman is the best contractor I have ever had. He started with us many years ago. He was a referral from a friend. I think we began by hiring him to renew our deck. It turned out fabulous! Then he upgraded our kitchen, the the bathrooms, added closets replaced new lighting fixtures throughout the house, installed security lights unclogged our drains and so many other things. When something goes wrong he is the first one we call. If he can do it we wait on his availability and book the time. Top notch service, quality work and in our book they are number one.

After hiring the wrong licensed contractors a few times and being stagnated for nearly six months I began hating my home and was ready to leave the freaking state. There is nothing worse than feeling that you cannot trust to hire any contractor without having an awful experience in Georgia.  Then a friend of mine suggested that I used Charles because he did such a wonderful job with their home.  He was not licensed but it did not even matter at this point to make a long story short, he did an outstanding job of finishing up all the outstanding projects that I had and more and I couldn't be anymore happier and so grateful to my friend Jasmine for the recommendation.
