  I saw Hakeem’s truck and called him as I had failed water heaters at two properties. He immediately came by to provide an estimate and came back the following day when he said he would. Great service. Punctual, professionally friendly. Provided clear updates as he worked. In the plumbing world, his prices are more than competitive. Very pleased with both services he provided. He also helped talk a friend through a problem when he didn’t have to. I highly recommend H&L and they will be my first call and recommendation for plumbing services.

  The service was great. I called and spoke with Hakeem around 2 and he made it to me by 5 even though he had 2 customers in front of me. He was very knowledgeable, explained and showed me what was going on and proceeded to fix the issue. This was one of the best service experiences I have had as it relates to responsiveness, knowledge, work quality, and affordable.

  I took advantage of the current "free in-home estimate" and received a full diagnosis of the issue. A few days later, I requested the service suggested. Not only was the work honest & professional, but it was expeditious & simultaneously thorough. Just like everyone wants that mechanic you can TRUST with your vehicle, you want a professional you can trust with your home. Great business, great rates, great service...!
