  This company did the plumbing for my neighborhood. We've all had nothing but trouble from the work that was done. My husband and I have had 3 major leaks so far. When the house was being built, my husband was walking the upstairs with our inspector and heard the plumber, Mark, downstairs complaining about installing our pot filler, asking who did we think we were for having one. I wish I could sue the snot out of him and then yank his license.

  Purchased a home and quickly found a water leak. Previous owners just thought water bill was high. Found out the leak was due to their shoddy work and the water line was not connected to the house line correctly during installation. Per lady on phone wouldn't do anything because out of warranty even though I have pictures and proof to show the shoddy work. Only been here 2 months and 4 other neighbors have had issues with their water lines. Looking at the reviews other people have had the same issue

  I just posted this on Yelp and need to post here too so more eyes see what I’ve been dealing with. This company is TRASH! Their reps are rude AF and the problem with my broken water meter has yet to be fixed after (3) attempts of their tech coming out to fix it. I moved into a new construction home 3 months ago so my home is still under warranty. When I received my water bill from the separate third party company that handles that, they were charging me $150 for inaccurate water readings. The third party company came out to figure out what was going on and found out that the water pressure meter was broken and not reading correctly. Enter Northwest plumbing who installed the meter and can't seem to fix it. So I call the customer service line and the rep tells me that they do need to replace the meter but they don't have any, don't know when they're going to get a new shipment in and get this.. don't know who the manufacturer is who supplies them????? This doesn't even make sense. I am so fed up with this company. I would give 0 stars if I could!!!
