  The most responsive, efficient and painless service providers I’ve encountered in a while. It’s my first time having plumbing issues and I was terrified and didn’t know what to expect. I requested an appointment online late on Sunday night, got a follow up call at 7:30am on Monday to schedule an appointment and got booked for Tuesday at 8:30. They were done by 9am! Not only was Chris and RJ efficient, they were very friendly and easy to talk to. They fixed some loose washers at no additional cost and gave some easy maintenance tips that I hadn’t thought of ! I know for sure I’ll be bringing them back when we are ready to replace our worn plumbing. Really stellar service Thanks guys!

  Water heater went out and we contacted a couple different plumbing companies for quotes. Chris came out and replaced it and the fix took about 2 hours and was the best quote I had received for it. He also cleaned out a clog in my master bathroom's bathtub and sink. Will continue to use Texas Best Plumbing and Services going forward.

  I called at 11 am on a Friday afternoon and Chris and another tech were here by 1:30. At first, the entire disposal was going to need to be replaced at cost of $350. Chris went out to his truck, and instead came back in with an attachment piece which cost $80. He could have charged us for a new disposer and been on his way. Instead, he was prompt, efficient, honest, and respectful.
