  When John came out in December to fix a leak he did very well. He noticed another problem with my plumbing so I scheduled the work. After many weeks and many reschedules Rob came out on 2/3 and we scheduled the work for 2/5. It has now been over a week and no one has shown up or even returned my call. I thought good customer Service started with communication. I was willing to pay good money for the work John noticed needed to be done but now I am assuming they did not want to do the work after all.

  I had a major problem a few weeks ago which was a broken sewer line and issues with the garage disposal. The dynamic duo team of Lee and Andrew did a super job on repairing the problems. Regarding the garage disposal he brought us a top of the line Moen 3/4 horsepower one, the kind they use at restaurants. Great customer service in explaining everything and no beating around the bush…..straight to the point. Also, they resolved an issue I had with my upstairs flapper in the toilet. These two guys are the bomb.. Next issues I have, special requests for only Lee and Andrew.

  Moved into a new house and had some clogged up faucets. They came in and stated every pipe in my house needed to be repaired. Quoted me at 22k. I called another local Plumber and they fixed the faucets for $190. Bad thing about this is I went through my Home Warranty company and this is who they send out. They didn't get me this time but just imagine how many people actually fall for this company.
