  Showed up on time, got an appointment within a week of making a claim on my home warranty. The plumbers changed out my shower faucet valve that I didn’t know how to do and fixed my shower so that it gets hot water again. Friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend to anyone in El Dorado County.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Superior plumbing through our homeowners insurance. In May 2012 we had our water heater replaced and since then we had nothing but problems. At least four times a year since new, the burner element would go out leaving us to have to reatart it multiple times a day till replaced. Every time I would have to call the insurance company again and they would send out a tech to diagnose the issue. A $75 fee would apply and three months later I would be starting the process all over once again. On this occassion Superior plumbing came out and rather than fixing the same problem actually took the time to find and diagnose the actual problem, a faulty water heater. At last, 7 years later and $2100 in fees to fix the same problem to our insurance company (not including the monthly insurance fee)the problem has finally been handled and diagnosed correctly. Phenomenonal service to say the least. Definitely worth of a fivestar rating.

  They were the plumbers that the home warranty company called to come out to “fix” my water leak in the ceiling. But for some reason they thought it would be a good idea to re-use the leaky shark bite fitting that was originally causing the problem. Wouldn’t trust them to make a proper repair in your house.
