  We had an emergency and they answered their phone promptly every time we called (unlike some up here), were professional, courteous, and sympathetic; and managed to fit us in right away. Their driver David (?) showed up in the time frame they gave, was also professional and courteous as well, and was able to get his truck into some very tight areas between trees and structures. As a retired fire apparatus operator and professional OTR driver, I know and admire professional driving. Very pleased overall.

  No one is ever happy when they need to call for a septic issue. However, Jeremiah and his team did amazing work, were flexible and made the process pretty painless. Those guys worked their butts off the week of Thanksgiving and assured me that they would finish on Wednesday so I wouldn't be left hanging over the 4-day holiday weekend. On Wednesday, they brought in extra guys to live up to that promise. For the first time in 14 years (when I bought my house), I don't have septic issues weighing on my shoulders or "what ifs" in the back of my mind. I can't thank the team enough for everything they did for me and my family during a very difficult time.

  To say Jeremiah went above and beyond is an understatement when it comes to our experience with AC Septic. He took what appeared to be an impossible issue and managed to bring, what could have been an awful experience, from start to finish with exceptionally quick and thorough work. His communication was phenomenal, pricing was fair and his compassion for the position we were in was refreshing. Thank you Jeremiah for an exceptional experience and we won’t hesitate to refer you in the future
