I needed new outdoor lines from my home to the sewer. The lines were old and ran under an old kennel and a partially cemented yard plus a huge distance. I also had a tenant moving in very soon, so getting it done well and fast was imperative. Abraham was understanding, efficient and answered all my calls promptly. They stayed on schedule except for a one day delay due to county inspection a day late. Since they started so quickly from my initial call one day was before my tenant arrived…but just by a day. It hasn’t been long since the work was done so I can’t speak to that but I do feel comfortable that if any problems arise, though I don’t expect they will, US Trenchless will address them. They were a good value, efficient, on time, response and I would recommend them unconditionally.

We had issues with the (really old) pipe connecting a 4-unit building to the municipal sewer line. US Trenchless came in and provided an estimate, and was awarded the job. After some additional issues (easement and other), they worked with the sewer department to eliminate these easement issues and complete the job. I highly recommend US Trenchless for their communication with both the municipality and my tenants, ability to shift and the quality of the work they did.

They did an outstanding job in replacing an 80 ft sewer line, that drains sewage by gravity and works great, by directing the pipe from the side of my office to the main sewer pipe, down the hill and behind my office, all underground (without needing to dig a surface trench).. Extremely cost-effective compared to other bids that said I had to dig a trench the entire distance of 80 ft or put in a sewage pump in my side yard to pump the sewage uphill to the street,in front of my office, and also dig a 40 ft trench in that direction. US Trenchless saved me!!!
