  Had Suntech out for a heating service. Nothing was done to my unit outside of taking doors off. They proceeded with telling us our heater wasn’t fit to clean or service and that we needed a new unit in our 9 year old home. Never had a problem with our unit but all of a sudden we need a new one. We were billed $90 for nothing. Had a second opinion and apparently this a common experience for Suntech customers. Second opinion said there was nothing wrong with our unit and that it looked completely normal for a 9 year old unit. When a salesman comes along with the service tech it should looks suspicious. Nice guys at Suntech but I won’t call them again.

  Excellent service!!! I have used Suntech many times over the last 10+ years and have never been happier with any other heating, air & plumbing company! Suntech treats customers as high priority, are always very friendly, courteous and schedule services asap. John, my tech today, explained everything well, showing me pics re recommendations for continued maintenance. He was so thorough in checking all my equipment, he even ID'd a busted/frozen spigot/pipe outside that froze last night. Suntech immediately put me on the schedule to fix this asap later TODAY before it thaws and floods the inside of my house! Really wonderful company!!! Thank you, Suntech!!

  I had a plumbing emergency and called Suntech to get someone out same day. I spoke with Miranda who was very helpful getting the club membership set-up, then a technician appointment for the same day. Mike came out and was very thorough and helped me understand all the different valves and shut-offs in the house. I would recommend Suntech to others requiring urgent plumbing help.
