  Most unprofessional and unorganized company. Had a claim in and needed to schedule an appointment. 3 days and all we kept getting is "we will take a message and have them call you" only to never recieve a call. No one is ever available to help assist incoming customers with their business. I do NOT recommend coming to this company if your needing prompt assistance with your plumbing needs.

  Mrs. Christison, The reason you were not contacted by anyone is that we suspended service with the provider months ago. I am sure your calls are being caught through our answering service. For us to provide service we would first have to accept the work order sent from your provider. After acceptance of a work order we then would have contacted you as your information is on the work order. We continue to get work orders from your provider every week. Obviously, they have some issues going on. I understand your frustration, but I do not believe that it warrants any negative review towards McGuire Plumbing.

  Great service. Great response. Professional and quick to respond. Got the job done and the guys at McGuire were nice and easy to work with. Did all of the plumbing in a new bathroom and installed a water softener.
