  I received the most outstanding customer service from Suburban Plumbing. I had issues with a laundry tub that they installed for me – the issues were mostly my own fault based on some decisions that were made during the installation. Jim insisted on making it right, without any extra charge. This included two additional visits to complete the work. Jake the plumber was the best also. Jake is courteous, professional and detailed. I have had other work done by Suburban in the past as well and have always been completely satisfied. This job was a huge testimony to their customer service and professionalism.

  I called Suburban Plumbing because of my water heater not lighting! As soon as I told him what was going on, he tried helping me OVER THE PHONE! Didn't even try to force anyone to come look at it for the money. Just truly felt like I was talking to a family member trying to help me! I got my water heater working, and called back to cancel my appointment. He didn't try to keep it, he was understanding. && if it happens again, he'll be the first person I call! Thanks so much for the help!

  This company was recommended by Angi’s List. They were prompt in responding and coming to my home to quote several projects i needed done. The plumber’s name was Jake and he did a great job, was very courteous and professional, and cleaned up everything before he left. I’m very pleased by the outcome and will use Suburban Plumbing for any projects in the future.
