  Have done two projects with this group and they did a fantastic job adding a battery backup sump pump after a scare with a power outage during the summer rainstorms of 2021 nearly overflowing the basin. Turnover was quick, despite their very busy time helping other (probably flooded!) homes, they came around in less than two weeks. They also threw in a water recirculation system and now my two distant faucets have hot water when needed! 2nd project was mainly a reconnection of a faucet tailpipe, they showed up in less than 4 days! Highly recommended if you need the plumbing job done by professional, hard working people.

  Needed some help fixing a leaky toilet and kitchen sink/dishwasher. I called the main number expecting to make an appointment for a visit from a plumber next week, but she had a person available today! I received a call when the gentleman was 15 minutes away. He was very friendly and professional and fixed my issues up for a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend to friends in the area!

  Thatcher & Son Services is great - fast and courteous response, diligent follow-up, and follow through. They not only worked with us to diagnose the problem - clogged sump pump line to the city storm sewer - they worked with the city to have their line cleared! They delivered above and beyond - we would not hesitate to recommend them.
