  Technician was polite and professional. Repaired an issue that I was told, by another company, would cost thousands and involved tearing up the concrete, by the way it didn't. Have already recommended them to my neighbor and yes I like my neighbor. I also plan on using them in the future.

  Called these guys at 10:30am and they were here by 2:30pm! Worked super hard to fix a problem that turned out to be a way bigger deal than we originally realized and did a great job. Will definitely use them again!

  Called them out to add a shut off valve to an outside hose Spicket that I wanted to shut off in the basement. Also, to change the cold Spicket to a dual hot/cold Spicket for outside. A job like this can be done efficiently and quickly or drawn out to increase charges during slow times of the year. Not only was the job done very clean and professionally, John G did this very efficiently which is what a homeowner looks for when they are paying per hour. The only advice I would have, the company should provide their team with shoe covers when having to go through the living space of somebody’s home. We do have hardwood so there is no harm done. For people like us, no big deal. For others, this could be a dealbreaker for further recommendations.
