  Streamline is always wonderful! They are respectful of your home and time. They give you options, and aren’t pushy with upgrades or replacements. They tell you their experience and often what they would or have put in their own homes. Joe M installed our new tankless water heater same day as the inspection and quote. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this company - we will continue to use them for all our HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical needs.

  After 3 1/2 weeks the job is still waiting to be completed. There’s a problem with the scheduling system. The actual guys doing the job do fine work ,when they are allowed to be here. We have to call every single day just to find out if they’re coming and what they are planning to do .We have had to chase them to get them to schedule . The quote was 2x what other people were saying. We thought that meant timely quality service. It has not. A rented excavator sat on my property for over a week unmanned. I even paid for their “package” to get timely customer service. My entire section of our neighborhood drives by our property every day, since we are one of the first houses .They have taken notice. Not smiling.

  From beginning to end, Doug and Jaden were great. They initially came out to give me a quote on replacing my 50-gallon direct vent hot water heater with a tankless system after the tanked water heater failed. They spent an hour inspecting the current system and even took the time to look through the crawl space to verify that the house was capable of supporting a gas tankless system. They answered all my questions and provided me with 5 options including the cheaper option of replacing the 50-gallon direct vent hot water heater. I never felt as if a question was too basic to ask or that I was being rushed to make a decision. Based upon their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendliness I was ready to hire them on the spot. The installation process went even better than the quote. Doug and Jaden arrived on time. They kept me informed of their progress. Chris, the Streamline Services electrician arrived to wire a new outlet to supply the gas tankless water heater with power. Chris was just as professional, friendly, and detailed as Doug and Jaden. Chris took the time to explain what he had done. Doug and Jaden doubled checked every component and I am confident of the quality and craftsmanship of their work. After the installation was completed, Doug took the time to show me the features of the new system. The installation of the tankless water heater from quote to installation was seamless and efficient. I will use Streamline Services again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional detailed oriented company that you can trust.
