I called around places to get prices on getting our tankless water heater flushed. Progressive had the best price and best reviews. The tech was early. Which worked out. He was at my home before I got there. The tech was very friendly. And explained what he was going to do in detail. I like good communication. He was almost finished, and I went by to see how things were going. Again, in detail he explained what was going on. And how I needed to have this procedure done more often than I do! He came in my home, making sure to put on those shoe covers. We tested the hot water successfully. I paid and he left. By by the way, the tech wore a mask anytime I was around. I highly recommend this company, just like the other reviews I’ve read!

This business has habitually charged us way more than we expected or was quoted to us. The first time they did this I contacted them to ask for an itemized invoice to explain a difference of hundreds of dollars from our estimate. I was told it was their policy not to provide itemized invoices. I explained my own policy of not paying non itemized invoices. The gentleman to whom i was speaking alleged I was "killing him" at that point. That said, he did provide it and while we disagree over what constitutes "new material" (they reused our piping and charged us for new) we paid it. More recently we needed repair on a thermostat for our floor heaters. The technician was at our house just over an hour, did not fix the problem, could not identify the problem, and mentioned several times he did not have the diagnostic tool to troubleshoot the issue. For that failure we were charged over three hundred dollars. I contacted the office to dispute this charge and they reduced the tech charge to only one hour. Still over two hundred dollars to watch a guy shrug for an hour, but they agreed to send a new invoice. Which they never did, but they certainly had their collections department hassle me for the new amount they never invoiced. We only called Progressive because we gave up finding someone closer. Next time I'll take a plumbing course. It'll cost less and take less time.

Both the plumber John and the dispatcher Were very kind. And he fixed the problem quickly. He was very nice to my kid who was curious about what he was doing. Wore a mask the whole time cleaned up after the work was done as well. I really appreciated them
