  We needed an experienced plumber for some serious updating to our interior plumbing where it exits our home in the basement. We needed to separate and tie-in different lines, add a new back-up sump pump system, demo and replace an old concrete laundry basin, add a laundry pump, vent everything...etc. I'm sure we're missing something! Anyhow, after getting several quotes and going down a Google review rabbit hole, we chose Stellar Plumbing. From communication, scheduling, explanation and skill, Steve and his team at Stellar are TOP NOTCH. Greg, our tech, was excellent. They were fair in their estimate and completed all work in the time quoted. Steve also went above and beyond in helping me coordinate secondary projects (catch basin pumping, CIPP lining). Steve is very easy to talk to and listens first before giving you his professional and experienced assessment. I would highly recommend Stellar Plumbing! Thank you!

  While we were pleased with the response time and the professionalism of the plumber to fix a small leak from a washing machine valve, we were told the valves needed replacing and there was a flat fee of $525. Assuming this was a big job and time consuming, and would probably take a few hours, we told the plumber to proceed. Little did we know, it was a 15-20 minute job and involved simply removing the old valves and screwing on the new ones. The parts were about $20. When we complained to the owner, he reduced the fee to $425, which meant we still paid over $400 for 15 minutes of labor. Subsequent plumbers who called us back after the fact told us they would charge half or less. So beware of this company's flat fee charges and get an estimate of the time involved to fix something before you proceed to use them. They are beyond expensive.

  We've had Steve doing our plumbing since we bought our house in 2017! And so happy that he has Greg working for him now, as he is an amazing addition to the Stellar Plumbing team! So friendly and both remembered my newborn son! I always highly recommend SP to all my friends and family
