  We've used J & S many times but most recently for a late night water heater repair that turned into a replacement. They showed up, we ran through costs & options, and they swapped units in a little over an hour. Cleaned up and very nice to deal with. Greg and his partner did a super job! Highly recommended +++++

  I called to get my water main valve replaced and they were able to get me scheduled the next day, even though it wasn’t an emergency! They were a few minutes late, but were very professional and did great with my yippie dog too! They did solid work for a great price! Even gave me a discount! Highly recommended!!

  My apartment complex uses this company when they need the extra help. Super friendly, went right to it and fixed the problem that has been ongoing. The hole in the wall he covered with white board and used white tape to hold it until dry wall could be fixed. WOW! Fixed an unrelated toilet issue. Handled the barking from one dog in a room and loved up on my other. If you are a homeowner these are the people you want to call for help.
