Standard is excellent. Darryl, the technician who serviced our units, was professional, thorough, timely and just plain nice! The dispatcher on Saturday was also so nice and efficient -- I was so thankful we were getting same day service and she was great about calling back with an expected time of arrival. Thank you! He was very polite and knowledgeable about his job. I liked the fact that he listened to what we had to say first and after he finished he explained what he did and why. I used this company for a plumbing need. The whole experience was very positive – – from my initial phone call, to the plumber (Brad) coming exactly when they said he would, to him being very professional and Covid conscious, and to him explaining things to me clearly. He completed the job in a relatively short period of time at a fair price.
