On Christmas Eve the water came up through the sink in our finished basement after draining a tub on the top floor. The carpets were flooded, and we couldn't flush a toilet without water coming up. We called Roto-Rooter and they were able to send out two men that same day, and they were able to clear the block in the mail line. They were quick and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors!
