  Dispatchers failed to tell technicians job requirements (spoke to 3), so i was forced to supply parts. In hindsight, I should have just pulled the dishwasher and installed the drain tube myself. After supplying the part and walking the technicians through the issue, the entire visit took about an hour (half of that was the technicians adding up the bill and gathering signatures). The one hour (at most) visit cost me $357. As i was unable to get even a ballpark estimate over the phone and SW charges about $100 just to show up, i panicked and just paid them. I'm not sure who can possibly afford to pay $357 an hour for basic appliance repair. And, if it is SW's view that it is not worth their time to do basic appliance repair, they had numerous opportunities to inform me of this. If i had just done the job myself (which i have done several times before on different dishwashers), i could have saved myself (3) phone calls, taking off the later half of my workday (SW can't even provide a time window, just Monday), and $357. Final note: I had to remove the dishwasher anyways because the technicians mounted it so that the door would not close. Overall miserable experience. At least the technicians were nice...

  New home owner and had a small leak pop up seemingly at random - called their line Saturday and they’re own dispatch contacted me within an hour. They were honest letting me know it was very busy but they had me on the dispatch list and promised a call back before that evening if it had to be rescheduled. Called back later that evening confirming they were sending Jose by. Jose showed up, got right to it - professional, courteous - we found that it was actually a condensation trap leak from an air conditioner - which really isn’t a plumbing thing - but at least I can shut off an air conditioner (instead of shutting off a water main!) To be honest I’m not sure if somebody else would of shown up, if they’d of caught on, and probably would of spent a lot more time (and money, possibly after tearing down some walls) to come to the same conclusion Even though it turned out to be something other than I thought - he walked me through what was going on, gave a walk through inspection of all my pipes and provided some quotes for some future projects I plan to do one day. They only charged me a trip ticket which was less than I was expecting it to be. Though it was my first time using them, if this service is typical of SW Plumbing, I would definitely use them again! Thank you!

  Very professional and quick. They explained all the work they would perform before starting. Rosie, in the office, picked up my call before the second ring. She was able to schedule me for the same day on Sunday, was polite and fun to talk with. Tim in dispatch called to confirm our problem and confirm when the tech would arrive. Joey P. arrived on time, was clean, and wore proper PPE. After he assessed the problem he read us the notes he made about our property, gave an estimate, and got right to work. He understood the problem quickly and was efficient in his repair. He used high quality materials. Joey explained what had failed before and gave recommendations for the rest of our home. Within 3 hours from making the call, Southwest Plumbing had my antisiphon faucet fixed!
