  I was very happy with the work done on my basement bathroom rough in. I have hired many contractors over the years and I can honestly say they have been the best. When Joe’s Plumbing & Heating came over for the quote he was very knowledgeable and quoted a fair price and was able to accommodate within my timeline. From the start of the project Joe’s Plumbing & Heating team took extra measures to make sure floors were protected with tarps and after the job was complete cleaned up everything.   We had contacted Joe’s Plumbing & Heating several times in the past with various water issues in the basement. Each time we were impressed with quick response, professionalism, and tidiness. This particular review is for waterproofing around our hose; the crew dug some very deep trenches and installed membranes; all this was done in only two days. Very impressive!

  Prompt response to service request and technician dispatch. Joe’s Plumbing & Heating technician arrived earlier than the stated time and did a good job of explaining the options for heater replacement. Quality of work was very good and he paid attention to detail such as installing insulation in the right places, installing missing support pieces for seismic protection and also provided me with maintenance tips.
