  David from South End Plumbing promptly showed up, accessed & repaired.water leak and left me very pleased. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, cordial, and knew exactly what to do & how to do it. I highly recommend David and definitely will call whenever needed.

  Tom showed up at my house to discuss a quote and was completely rude and simply walked away without any discussion. Please do not hire this company that level of customer service is not expected at McDonalds let alone someone that is preparing to do thousands of dollars worth of work. Thank God we didn’t sign any paperwork! If this company is rude when trying to attain work I can’t imagine how they would treat you after you give them work. Complete disappointment!
