  They let me know when to expect them and arrived at the scheduled time. Very professional. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Beautiful sink installed. They let me know total cost before the job was started.

  I had an appointment at 9 am … they called to confirm at 7:30 am … I was asleep . I called them back at 7:45 . Oh sorry because you didn’t pick up the phone we sent your tech somewhere else …. But they will come by afterwards …. Tech tells me that’s not what the dispatcher told them … WHATS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT THEN ? Show up when you say your going to . And because I didn’t pick up at 7:30 in the am on a Sunday you cancel my appointment ???? P.o.s. Dispatcher mellissa needs a brain . And your policy’s need to change . If someone makes an appointment then HONOR It . Or tell me I have to be awake 2 hours before to pick up your pointless phone call …..

  Called to have my 2 bathroom toilets that were backing up in the shower, to be cleared. Tech came & cleared the 1st. bathroom but could not clear the 2nd. bathroom. He told me when he first arrived that if the line was not totally cleared, that I would not be charged. I was charged anyway ! I've called the local store and corporate offices with no response and it's been 5 days ??? Very disappointed in the service & Customer service I've been given.
