  Over the past 3 months I have tried to use Coral Gables Plumbing to have my cast iron pipes evaluated. During this time frame they canceled my scheduled appointment more than 3 times. They then waved their call out fee to make up for the delay. Upon doing their initial review of my pipes, I paid 1300$ in full (200$ over estimate), and was told the full review would be back to me within 1 week. Here I stand 2 weeks later to find out the plumber who came out to do the inspection is no longer with Coral Gables Plumbing. I asked for a prompt refund and was told that is not possible. To summarize, Coral Gables Plumbing was late to do their inspection, have yet to complete their inspection (as I have not received the report), sent a plumber who is no longer affiliated with their company, and have refused to provide me a refund. This said I strongly urge any consumer to go with another company as there is a better than average chance Coral Gables Plumbing will over promise, under deliver, and steal your money.

  I have been a customer of Coral Gables Plumbing for 22+ years. I am currently working with Master Plumber, Mr. Nino Fidencio Jr., who is running tests to see if any repairs are necessary to the cast iron pipes in my house (originally built in the 70s/major renovations in 1992). I feel confident that I am dealing with Plumber who is knowledgeable about this potential problem, in older homes in my neighborhood, and I will be treated honestly/fairly with the cost of the repairs and extent of the scope of work which may be necessary. I thoroughly recommend Coral Gables Plumbing.

  Highly Recommend. Excellent Service. I broke a copper water pipe Sunday morning with water gushing everywhere. Did not know who to call so I looked online and called CGP and Carlos was at our house in less than 30 minutes. Carlos was excellent, friendly and professional. He had to make many trips under our house in the dreaded crawlspace to make a difficult and complicated repair. Everything fixed better than new. Thank You Carlos and CGP. Will use them from now on.
