Sky did a great job resolving an issue with our mini split unit.  Our tech Morgan was excellent to work with as are Kelly and Gabriela in the office!  Will use again for sure!

I can't account for their service but their prices seem to be outrageous. I called just to have a simple check on my furnace.  I even knew exactly what parts I needed. and explained this ...Just to get them to the front door $290. Come on guys?  Really?

Tommy, I apologize, im not sure how $290 was heard. We reviewed the audio and the price was not even within $100 of what you mentioned for a diagnostic. If we can help in any way please let us know as it is not $290 for an HVAC diagnostic.

We were very impressed & glad we chose to work with Sky on replacing & repairing a very ancient heat pump system that had been giving us issues. Several of our failing equipment issues were previously created by the company that did the original install of the heat pump unfortunately. I live in a very old house that is usually resistant to upgrading. But today, GABE, KELLY, ZACH and ADRIAN stuck with it until almost 6:00 for a brand new heat pump install. They had to troubleshoot more than once and even stayed until they knew I had command of my new thermostat. Great team - highly recommend!
