I just want to give a big shout out to Ace Hardware staff, Scott and Manager, Lynn. On 6/23/2021 I bought n paid for an item that was becoming scarce - had them store it for pickup next day. On 6/24, arrived to pick said item up; It was nowhere to be found. And there were no other suitable products left.

Suffice it to say, I was impressed with their service!! They made some calls and found a similar product. Scott went and closed the deal.

Grateful and appreciative of their effort.
