  Mike Horn from Silverado came to my home for an issue that I have had several plumbers look at in the past 2 years. The others ignored what I was telling them instead telling me it was something else but Mike listened and immediately went on what I had told him and was able to correct the issue in a timely manner. He was very thorough and had a professional yet friendly demeanor throughout the visit. He not only corrected my issue but went even further checking my sinks and bathtubs for water pressure and even going so far as removing hair from the bathtub drain. I would greatly recommend him as he went above and beyond all my expectations.

  I am a plumber’s kid, and Silverado is the only company in Tucson so far that emulates the kind of service my father did out of his shop. They are fair-priced, clean (big deal in the plumbing business), their techs are professional, and they are on time. I recommend them to friends and online constantly.

  The folks at Silverado from the desk to the technicians were prompt and professional and took care of the work I needed. Raul, my plumber, was friendly and efficient, explained all the work done, was respectful of my home and pets, and did all the work I needed in a timely manner. I did need a call back on one piece of work and Rocky, the plumber who took care of this was also prompt and efficient and took care of the problem. There was no charge for the call back, which I appreciated
