  Drain Master's sent K.B. to our home to fix a clogged kitchen sink. I was so very thankful that I called Drain Master's because K.B. and his apprentice were amazing! K.B. was truly a master at what he does. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing while working and teaching his apprentice! He was very kind, polite, compassionate, and extremely precise and professional. I highly, highly recommend this company. Thank you K.B. and your apprentice! Amazing people! Amazing job!

  Beware folks, price increase from $79 an hour to $ 165.00 an hour.....I used Drain Master several time and they were really good and quick but this last time it took the guy a good part of 1hour to switch out a kitchen faucet. Checked the shower mixing valve real quick , which it needs replacing but will cost another 165.00 the next day. That not honest work right there.

  Debbie I apologize about the negative experience you had, we did have to raise prices unfortunately due to increasing cost to us as a family run business, we are trying to keep our prices fair and within industry going rates. Again we do apologize for your experience.

  After some phone calls I was able to get ahold of the owner and sent out a couple guys and they made it right. He apologized and explained some transition problems as new owners. I will continue to use DrainMasters! : ) I have been a 20 year customer of DrainMasters. Once or twice a year we have to have our sewer line cleaned. We have a 225 foot line and reminded as we always that the person they send out would need two cages of rooter line since each cage is 175 feet. The driver showed up with one cage and says his truck only has one when we asked him about the second cage. In the past they gave a 30 day guarantee so we agree to have him clean the line and then he says don't worry he could tell he got the clog. Two days later our line is backing up again. I call, explain the situation and the receptionist apologized and says they will make it right and asked what time will work. I tell her I'll call right back so I could check to see what time would work. I call back 5 minutes later and a different receptionist answers. I explain again the situation and tells me there no longer guarantee the work and that they no longer piggy back two cages together unless we pay $750 for some other service. I asked why they just didn't tell us they don't do anything over 175 feet and why they agreed to send a driver out that had two cages. She again said they don't guarantee the work. I told that wasn't right and I said we would take our business elsewhere. She just said okay.
