Called first, on time, neat clean and courteous. Jacob was happy for me to watch and to be educated on the service he was performing. I asked for more detail on the furnace filter and its correct installation. He spoke highly about the product (carrier) and the ease in performing maintenance and service. Jacob is an excellent representative of the Short Pump Heating and AC company he is the guy you want to know is coming if you have a problem. I am so relieved to know Jacob is just a call away should I need him. I have not used their other services but it looks like Short Pump Heating and Air can do it all. Great service! Short Pump Heating & Air really saved me today! I woke up in 25° weather with a dead thermostat panel and no heat. Ashley got me scheduled for service on the same day, and was upfront about pricing when I made the appointment. The technician Chris was great as well - explained what he was doing and got everything up and running again quickly. I'll definitely use them again!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were recommended to me from a neighbor that used them for 10 years. My technician Rob was right on time, courteous, and did a great job answering my questions. After he finished he explained exactly what was done. What more could you ask for? I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
