  The Good: They responded very quickly. The moment I submitted the issue to thumbtack, Plumbers "R" Us called and messaged on thumbtack right away. They called and texted to let me know when they were on the way. They gave advice on which garbage disposal to use was good. They did fix the drainage issue we had. The Bad: They wanted a 3.5% surcharge for using a credit card. They charged $250 for an hour of labor for changing our garbage disposal. The dispatcher and plumber were arguing with each other while in my house. The company has chosen to harass me on thumbtack and on my business page. They sent three messages in a row on thumbtack and then left a fake 1 star review on my business page. Overall: Would I use again? No. I do appreciate that they were quick, responsive, and came in the same day, but I do feel I overpaid for the service I received. They're also very unprofessional and will harass you for anything less than 5 stars.

  Michael, Update: Are you going to continue harassing me, my technician, and my business? Do you get some satisfaction of posting a negative review every where you can because you are just unhappy with paying us the price quoted to you? Remember NO ONE forced you to move forward with our company! If you thought the price was too high, then why did you agree on us fixing it for you? You could have called someone else! Instead you told us to move forward! But now feel the need to give us a negative review? You called us to provide a service, and you are now angry because you had to pay for our work! If you didn’t want to move forward, you should have just said no. Instead you said “go ahead, I looked up the cost of disposal and that sounds like a fair price”! We unclogged your sink, and didn’t charge you for that either. As far as the CC fee, we have a bank to pay also. Do you think it’s free? We asked you to pay with a check so you didn’t have to pay with a cc, and you said ok! My technician also worked over an hour - about 2 hours and 20 mins to get your old disposal unhooked which was done wrong to begin with. But you didn’t appreciate that he did this for you. If you didn’t want to move forward with us, then you shouldn’t have said go ahead and fix it. Common sense! Instead you wanted us out the same night, you wanted it fixed which we did, accommodated you the same day, but are now complaining about the price!? This is funny! Lastly, no one in my company gave you a bad review about (fake)your company. Unless you can prove it was us, I think you are lieing! So don’t assume it came from Plumbers R Us! Ok! We hope you have a better tomorrow! As you can see from other customers we are a 5 star company, but there is always one bad apple that tries to ruin that reputation because they don’t want to pay for a professional. Next time I recommend you hire a handyman! Not someone with 30 years of experience who is a Master Plumber! Or do it yourself if you think the going rate is high. As a business owner yourself I’m pretty sure you don’t negotiate your prices with your customers! Do you? What a joke! Have a great evening! Bye bye!

  Plumbers R Us accommodated my schedule by arriving early in the morning. They not only fixed a very old and broken outdoor spigot (in the rain!), but found an additional leak in my crawl space, saving me time and money by fixing it while they were here. I highly recommend this family-owned company and will use them as my plumbers as long as I live here.

  Great service and competitive rates! Family-owned business that cares about the customer. They gave me options at different price ranges to fix the issue we were having with a leak, and were able to show us pictures on how the pipes would look if we went with the more expensive option (to replace older pipes and shut-off valves to ensure we wouldn't have the problem again). They were honest, showed and explained the issue in plain language, and showed us everything that was removed and replaced after the work was done. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Definitely plan to use them for any future plumbing issues.
