  Vince was hired by my landlord to solve issues that we've been dealing with for about 6 months. It has been hell trying to figure out all the problems with our washer hookup and AC pipes. This dude swoops in and goes above and beyond to have it all replaced, reconfigured and fixed in 2 hours. I thought I was going to cry I was so happy. He was so sweet, explained everything he was doing. He originally was only supposed to fix a clog in our washing machine pipe, but he listened to all our concerns and made the extra step to check in with our landlord about fixing even more issues we were having. He didn't have to do that. He could have said "sorry. That's not my jurisdiction. You're going to have to call that in again for someone else to come do that" but no, he was truly an angel. Thank you Vince! I know it may not seem like a big deal to you because you were doing your job, but you managed to lift all of our anxieties that we have dealt with about this for 6 months, in 2 hours.

  The team at EAS Plumbing were fantastic. They helped problem solve a broken toilet flange and treated the issue as if it were in their own home. Instead of defaulting to a more significant and expensive fix they came up with a solution that worked and feels permanent. I’ll be using them for all my plumbing needs.

  I called EAS to simply ask a question to determine whether I actually needed a plumber or not. He was honest, helpful and was willing to go the extra mile to help me. He was clear that he didn’t do the type of work I needed, however, offered to help me if whomever I did call seemed unreasonable and he would validate whether I was being overcharged. I will DEFINITELY call EAS if I do have a problem in the future. Ultimately, he suggested I call the county first to assess the situation rather than a plumber because more than likely it was an issue outside of my home. Thank you for being trustworthy and helping me to potentially save money!!!
